1. General Services & Quotations
Manufacturing Services:
Speejak provides OEM/ODM manufacturing and export services for motorcycle, sports, downhill skating, and equestrian apparel.·
Quotations & Pricing:
Prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and delivery terms provided in official quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. Final pricing depends on material costs, custom specifications, and shipping destinations.
2. Orders & Private Label Production
Design Approval:
For custom orders, production begins only after sample approval and confirmation of tech packs, artwork, or design files provided by the client.·
Specifications:
The client is responsible for ensuring that all custom design files, logos, and specifications provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Payment & Shipping Terms
Payment Terms:
Payment schedules (including advance deposits and balance payments prior to dispatch) will be detailed in your Proforma Invoice or agreement.·
Shipping & Delivery:
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith. Speejak is not responsible for transit delays caused by customs processing, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
4. Quality Assurance & Returns
Quality Standard:
Products are manufactured in accordance with approved pre-production samples and agreed quality standards.·
Inspection & Claims:
Claims regarding manufacturing defects or order discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the shipment, accompanied by detailed evidence (photos/video).
